Help! Not sure what happened to my order…

Hello this review is not about the quality but the service - hoping someone sees this and responds to one of my many emails asking for status. I placed the order back in early Feb. and its status is still in pre-shipment. Meaning it has not even shipped yet…I love your bags and have ordered several and not had any issues, hopefully someone will help soon.
